SERVING OPPORTUNITIES

Administration:
Join our team behind the scenes and help keep our office running efficiently. As an administrative volunteer, you can assist with essential tasks such as filing, making copies, and supporting various office operations. Your efforts help ensure that our mission continues smoothly.
Children's Outreach:
Help us bring love and care to children in high-risk areas, letting them know they are valued and not forgotten. As a volunteer in Children’s Outreach, you’ll have the chance to provide essential supplies and participate in hands-on outreach efforts. (Background check and training are required and will be provided.)
Cleaning:
Help us maintain a clean and inviting environment for those we serve. Opportunities in this area include basic cleaning tasks, weekly and monthly deep cleaning, as well as general upkeep of our facilities. Your efforts will ensure that our space remains welcoming and safe for everyone in the community!
Community Nights/Food Pantry:
Help create a welcoming environment for our community to gather, connect, and receive nourishment each week. Opportunities include assisting with the distribution of groceries every Thursday night, preparing our community meal once a month, or serving meals to those in need. Your involvement will make a significant difference in fostering community spirit and providing essential support!
Discipleship:
Create a safe and inviting atmosphere that encourages individuals to deepen their relationship with Christ while fostering closer connections within the community. Together, we will embark on a transformative journey as we explore various topics and grow in faith, challenging one another to reach new spiritual heights. Your involvement will help cultivate a supportive environment where everyone can thrive in their walk with Christ!
Homeless Outreach:
Join us in our mission to reach out to those living on the streets. We aim to show them that they are seen, that there is hope, and that they are cherished by both us and, most importantly, by Jesus. Opportunities for involvement include preparing and collecting essential resources, as well as building meaningful relationships with those we serve. Together, we can make a significant impact in their lives and share the love they deserve!
Hotel Outreach:
Help bring warmth and hope to those living in high-risk hotels by joining our team to provide hot meals every other month. You can get involved by cooking meals, assisting with cookouts in the parking lot, or serving food to those in need. (Training will be provided and is required.)
Inner Healing:
Create a safe and supportive space for individuals to process their trauma without reliving it, empowering them to embrace the fullness of Christ and the destiny He has designed for them. Opportunities in this area include participating in inner healing sessions and interceding for those leading and engaging in the healing process. (Training will be provided and is required.) Your involvement can help facilitate transformative experiences that promote restoration and hope!
Internships:
Join our team and gain valuable experience while serving alongside us. This is more than just an internship; it’s an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. As you complete your hours in a supportive environment, you’ll discover that your contributions can lead to transformative experiences that will change your life and the lives of those you serve. Your journey with us will not only enhance your skills but also deepen your understanding of compassion and community!
Networking:
Help us expand our reach by building meaningful connections with individuals and organizations in the community. As a networking volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to represent NBI at community events, activities, and meetings, fostering partnerships that strengthen our mission.
Online Outreach:
Be a part of our mission to reach and minister to individuals trapped in sexual exploitation through trafficking and prostitution. As an online outreach volunteer, you’ll help prepare thoughtful gifts and engage in outreach efforts to offer hope and support. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for this important role.
Maintenance:
Help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our team and those we serve. Opportunities in this area include basic maintenance tasks, large projects, lawn care, painting, small repairs, and collaborating with professionals when needed. Your skills and dedication will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and enhancing our community's experience!
Mission Trip Opportunities:
Join us for a short-term mission trip and bring your team to serve alongside our organization. You'll have the chance to engage in meaningful outreach, serve meals, assist in our food pantry, and much more. It’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact while working hand-in-hand with us to serve those in need.
Prayer Team:
Join us in lifting up the team, victims, and those we serve through the power of prayer. As a member of the Prayer Team, you’ll have the opportunity to share prayer requests, recruit others to intercede, and personally stand in the gap as an intercessor. Your prayers are a vital part of our mission, bringing hope, strength, and healing to those in need.
Special Events:
Special Events: Join us in organizing and hosting exciting special events that bring our community together. Your skills and enthusiasm will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for everyone involved!
Strip Club Outreach:
Be a beacon of hope in the midst of darkness, offering support and building relationships with those trapped in sexual exploitation. As part of our Strip Club Outreach team, you’ll help prepare thoughtful gifts and participate in outreach efforts to bring light and compassion to those in need. (Training will be provided and is required.)
Technology:
Engage with the community through modern and impactful channels. Opportunities in this area include serving as a Facebook/Instagram influencer, creating engaging videography and photography, and maintaining our website. Your skills can help us connect and share our mission more effectively!
Worship:
Create a sacred space where our community can unite in worship and grow together in the presence of the King. Opportunities in this area include participating in worship services, providing audio/video support, and playing music as part of our worship team. Join us in cultivating an atmosphere of praise and connection!
